Is Sophie a real person?
No — Sophie is an AI front-desk agent, and we say so plainly, here and on the call. She answers in a natural voice, books real appointments into your calendar, and takes real orders. Anything she can't handle is passed to you with the full context of the call, so no customer ever hits a wall.
What does TishTush cost, all in?
Per service, per account: TishTush is $99/mo per service for up to 3 users, with the first month at $20. TishTush Pro is an add-on pack at $100/mo per service or $500 prepaid for 6 months, and it includes up to 10 users; larger teams get a custom quote with the intro set in the quote. No setup fees. On top of that, only what you use: voice overage at $0.25/min, ad management at 7.7% of managed spend, and a 3% platform fee that applies only to sales run through TishTush payments. What happens when my minutes run out?
Nothing stops. Calls keep being answered and extra minutes are metered at $0.25 each — 600 minutes a month are included on a Care service, 400 on a Services service — more than most shops use. The cap and the rate are in writing before you start; a metered surprise is exactly what this pricing exists to avoid.
Do I pay the 3% if I keep my own register?
No. The 3% platform fee applies only to sales processed through TishTush payments or point of sale. A Sophie client who keeps sales on their own systems pays no platform fee at all.
Who owns my customer data?
You do — your lists, appointments, orders, and messages belong to your business. Export them at any time, including on your way out if you ever cancel. That's the deal, and it's in the privacy policy.
Can I bring my own AI?
Yes. Connect the models you already use — ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, or your own — inside the app, or use ours: Sophie, ready on day one. Either way, the work happens at your front desk.
Will it work for my kind of shop?
If your business runs on answered calls, booked appointments or visits, and sales at a counter or on a job — med spas, skincare counters, salons, and home-service trades like garage door, HVAC, chimney, and locksmith — that's exactly who Sophie is built for. If your business runs differently, the first call will tell us both.
